It is true that university graduates are faced with difficult choices between starting a business and finding a job. While working for themselves has many benefits, I think they should hunt for a job.

On the one hand, there are many advantages to starting a business. Firstly, many free entrepreneurial resources are available from both government and universities. For example, the government in Hubei province provides subsidies and tax exemption for entrepreneurs and many universities also offer free incubation centers. Other benefits include flexible working hours and the possibility to be financially successful.

On the other hand, I think it is better to find a job. The main reason is that this is a low-risk choice. Entrepreneurs are highly likely to fail due to a lack of practical experience. In contrast, by working for a company, one is exempt from the worry about losing the funds invested. In addition, one can accumulate work experience and improve professional qualities like teamwork spirit and problem-solving skills.
